3. Use the dropper: CBD isolate tinctures come with a dropper for easy administration. Squeeze the rubber bulb at the top of the dropper to draw the liquid into the dropper.
4. Administer the tincture: Place the dropper under your tongue, aiming for the sublingual area. Squeeze the bulb gently to release the desired amount of tincture. Hold the liquid under your tongue for about 60 to 90 seconds. This allows for efficient absorption of the CBD through the sublingual glands.
